Job Summary
The Monitoring Support Specialist provides various services to juveniles and the agency. The Monitoring Support Specialist will provide treatment that includes direct intervention to address the problems, needs, or adjustments of an individual and/or family. The Monitoring Support Specialist also monitors juveniles by using GPS technology in order to enable the juvenile to remain in the home. Full time position, Monday thru Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Maintain inventory of all ACTIVE clients using the EM Active Log. This includes tracking devices as they are placed on clients and removed as well as determined AWOL.
Assist monitor supervisor and team leaders in tracking case assignments to all monitoring workers in assigned office.
Maintain surveillance of the agency vehicles and offices.
Coordinate with monitoring counselors to identify clients who may need additional attention and inform supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
A minimum of one year of successful experience in a similar position.
Must be able to perform basic office functions and operate basic office machines including a computer, fax machine and printer.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.
