Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist Lancaster, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled physician to provide exceptional obstetric and inpatient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to maintain clinical excellence while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.
Required Skills:
- Valid medical license to practice in California
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with obstetric privileges
- Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care and hospitalist services
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in high-risk obstetrics
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to handle complex obstetric cases with confidence
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospitalist or OB inpatient experience
- Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Other Requirements:
- US healthcare facility experience preferred
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Travel reimbursements and licensing support available as required
- Valid DEA registration and California medical license
