Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist Lancaster, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled physician to provide exceptional obstetric and inpatient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice in California
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with obstetric privileges
• Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care and hospitalist services
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in high-risk obstetrics
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to handle complex obstetric cases with confidence

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of recent hospitalist or OB inpatient experience
• Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Other Requirements:

• US healthcare facility experience preferred
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Travel reimbursements and licensing support available as required
• Valid DEA registration and California medical license
