Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in Texas or eligibility for licensing
• Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist or inpatient obstetric care
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Familiarity with fetal monitoring and emergency obstetric procedures
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Current board certification in OB-GYN
• Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Start date: December 31, 2025
• Hourly Pay Rate: $195.00
• Must hold or be eligible for state licensing and relevant certifications
• Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements applicable as needed
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and accommodate hospital staffing needs
