Premiere Service & Performance is looking for an ambitious, high-energy Service Writer / Advisor to join our growing team and help us continue building something special.

From diagnostics and repair… to performance upgrades… to specialty builds… to being a niche Vanderhall service and customization center… we are creating a true automotive destination for enthusiasts and customers who expect more.

Custom 12V electronics

Responsibilities
Greet customers and deliver a premium first-class experience
Write repair orders clearly and accurately
Communicate customer concerns to technicians efficiently
Build estimates and explain repairs/services confidently
Upsell maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and recommended services
Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
Answer inbound phone calls, texts, and service inquiries
Schedule appointments and maintain organized workflow
Follow up with customers during and after repairs
Handle invoicing/payment collection
Help uphold the reputation and standards of The Premiere Experience
Qualifications
Automotive service advisor/writer experience preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive repair terminology
Sales-minded mentality with strong closing/upselling ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with Shopmonkey CRM shop software
Passion for automotive culture is strongly preferred
Knowledge of performance/custom vehicles is a major plus
