
Document Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Coordinator to support the organization and management of critical engineering documents and records. This role is essential in maintaining data accuracy, improving document processes, and ensuring records are properly stored, tracked, and accessible across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize physical and electronic engineering records
Upload, track, and manage documents within systems such as SharePoint and Office 365
Ensure all records follow proper naming conventions, retention policies, and documentation standards
Support the transition and organization of data into centralized systems
Coordinate offsite storage, including inventory tracking, retrieval, and archiving of records
Index, label, and manage large volumes of incoming documentation
Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
Partner with internal teams to support document requests and ensure efficient information flow
Assist with departmental projects and process improvements
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an administrative, records management, xywuqvp or office support role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
