What You'll Do:
Assist members with billing questions and payment options
Make outbound calls on past-due accounts
Handle collections for membership financing
Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, solutions-focused support
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable discussing billing and collections with professionalism
Organized and detail-oriented
Experience in customer service, billing, or collections is a plus
