
Fire Alarm Superintendent

SUMMARY
We are looking for a Fire Protection Technician to join our team, with a focus on servicing and maintaining fire suppression systems, including those integrated with Special Hazards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, and repairing a variety of fire protection equipment such as fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, fire pumps, FM-200, and AFFF systems. This role plays a critical part in helping our clients stay compliant with local fire codes and safety standards, especially in food service and commercial kitchen environments.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000.00
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, inspect, test, repair, and maintain fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers, etc.)
Perform routine service and maintenance of fire safety systems in accordance with local, state, and national codes.
Complete inspection reports and service documentation accurately and promptly.
Troubleshoot systems and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure all work meets NFPA standards, building codes, and customer requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Stay up to date with fire safety standards and industry best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
NICET certifications (Level I or Higher)
Driver’s License
Light lifting
Walking, standing and climbing for entire day
Travel by land, sea and/or aircraft to work locations

NICET Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems
