Executive Assistant (Legal & Commercial Enablement)

Provide high-level, strategic administrative and operational support to senior leaders within Legal and Commercial Enablement. This role serves as a trusted partner, enabling leaders to operate effectively by managing priorities, optimizing workflows, and driving coordination across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
The Executive Assistant exercises sound judgment, discretion, and autonomy in handling sensitive and confidential matters. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and influence outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
The Opportunity
Executive Support & Prioritization
Manage complex calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic initiatives.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve competing demands.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including contingency planning
Strategic Coordination & Business Operations
Serve as a liaison across Legal, Commercial Enablement, and other internal/external stakeholders
Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, offsites, and key business reviews
Track and follow up on action items, ensuring accountability and timely execution
Communication & Content Development
Prepare, review, and refine presentations, communications, and reports for executive audiences
Draft correspondence and messaging on behalf of leadership
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in all materials
Project & Program Support
Assist with cross-functional projects, including coordination, documentation, and status tracking
Help streamline processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
Act as a point of contact for special initiatives and ad hoc requests
Confidentiality & Judgment
Handle highly sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Exercise independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to improving administrative processes, tools, and ways of working
Support quality objectives through daily actions and continuous improvement mindset
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience supporting senior leaders
Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, or Commercial teams
Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate operations
Experience managing complex projects or initiatives
Ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships across functions
Experience creating executive-level presentations and communications
High level of adaptability and comfort with ambiguity

This position is based on site in Indianapolis.
Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $68,600 to $127,400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
