P/T Executive Assistant
Cannon Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive part-time administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This role requires a professional who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, and highly organized, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and support executive-level initiatives. This individual will serve as a key partner in helping leadership remain focused on strategic priorities and operational efficiency.
Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proven experience supporting senior-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and materials
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing matters appropriately
Draft and edit professional communications, presentations, and reports
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information
Coordinate leadership meetings and company-wide communications
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up action items
Track key initiatives and deadlines on behalf of leadership
Support special projects and executive initiatives
Assist with preparation of presentations and executive-level documentation
Serve as liaison between executives and internal teams
Coordinate communication with clients, vendors, and partners
Ensure timely follow-up on executive requests and action items
Assist with drafting internal announcements and executive correspondence
Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
Process expense reports and administrative documentation
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Assist with office coordination and executive administrative functions
Support company events, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field)
5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executives in manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience preparing executive presentations and reports
Experience with project coordination or executive-level initiatives
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
