About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Contract Project Manager
to lead a
Salesforce implementation initiative
over a
6‑month engagement . This individual will serve as the primary project lead, responsible for driving the full lifecycle of the Salesforce deployment—from requirements gathering and vendor coordination through configuration, testing, training, and go‑live. The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce project experience, strong stakeholder‑management skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex CRM implementations on time and within scope.
Scope & Operating Context
Reports to: Senior Operations Leader
Cross‑functional partners: Sales, Marketing, Finance
Systems: Salesforce and ATS/CRM platforms
Environment: Fast‑paced, growth‑oriented services organization
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the end‑to‑end Salesforce implementation, from discovery and requirements gathering through go‑live.
Define and manage project scope, timeline, deliverables, and success metrics.
Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Finance) to translate business needs into system requirements.
Lead process mapping and solution design to align Salesforce with sales workflows and reporting needs.
Oversee data migration, system configuration, and integrations (as applicable).
Identify risks and proactively manage issues, dependencies, and changes in scope.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build reporting and analytics supporting visibility and decision‑making.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management to ensure adoption.
Establish scalable processes and documentation for ongoing system support post‑implementation.

Required
5+ years of project management experience, with direct ownership of Salesforce implementations.
Demonstrated experience leading a full‑cycle Salesforce rollout.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
Experience managing cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects on defined timelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and execution‑focused.
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, PMP, or similar).
Experience in high‑growth or evolving organizations.
Background in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 – $50.00 per hour.
