Our organization is looking for a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets our critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set restaurant goals and develops a plan to achieve those goals.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitor progress, and improve performance.
Oversee hiring, training, and development of Department and Shift Managers to maintain a strong team.
Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently, remains profitable, and consistently meets high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a General Manager at a high‑volume location.
Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
