
Industrial Maintenance Technician

Seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with excellent trouble shooting and machinery experience. This role will support the operation and maintenance of a highly automated food production facility. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of production equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems. This role requires strong knowledge in mechanical servicing and troubleshooting, as well as solid experience with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs. An ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field is a plus.
3+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance role, preferably in food processing or automated manufacturing.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in servicing moving machinery.
Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems and experience with PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), VFDs, and HMIs.
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues involving gearing, drive systems, and mechanical linkages.
Proficient with basic hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to work off-shifts, weekends, or respond to emergency calls if required.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or other food industry standards. xywuqvp
