CoWorx is seeking a temporary (6 month) Talent Acquisition Associate in the Tucker, GA area! The Talent Acquisition Associate (TAA) is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting and orientation activities for both exempt and non-exempt positions within the division, supporting internal and external hiring needs. Partnering closely with hiring managers and human resources colleagues, the TAA develops and executes candidate sourcing strategies, conducts initial candidate screening and interviews, and facilitates a high-quality recruiting experience from requisition through onboarding.
The TAA reviews resumes, conducts reference follow-ups, performs exit interviews, and provides timely, thoughtful feedback to hiring managers and HR team members to support effective hiring decisions and continuous improvement. This role may also provide input into the selection of external talent acquisition vendors and serve as a coordination point to ensure alignment with divisional hiring needs and service expectations.
In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the TAA supports a range of administrative and operational functions, including staffing activities, training coordination, communications, and the administration of policies and procedures. The position serves as a key support resource to senior management and is relied upon for strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and effective interpersonal skills in the execution of division-wide HR initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Partner with HR partners and hiring managers across the Investments organization to assess workforce needs and design targeted, multi-channel recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities
Deliver exceptional client service through end-to-end ownership of the recruiting lifecycle, including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Participate in the development of the organization's recruitment and onboarding standard procedures
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements and organizational culture
Review resumes, conduct reference follow-up, and perform exit interviews, providing timely, thoughtful feedback to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to support informed talent decisions
Collect, analyze, and evaluate recruiting-related data, identifying trends and contributing insights that inform process improvements and hiring outcomes
Prepare required documentation and coordinate logistics to deliver a seamless new-hire onboarding experience, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and engaging first day
Manage all orientation administrative processes
Gather and analyze talent data with useful talent metrics to create reporting for HR KPIs
Lead the employee referral program for the division, driving engagement and improving candidate quality
Create and manage digital recruiting marketing initiatives to support hiring goals and enhance employer visibility
Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment and labor laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies to ensure timely, high-quality talent delivery
Desired Background/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field desired with 3 years of relevant experience OR an associate's degree with 6 years relevant experience
Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience and understanding of general recruitment and employment policies and procedures
Proficient in a broad spectrum of sourcing strategies and methodologies
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, related HR systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
Strong commitment to enhancing the candidate's experience, ensuring thoughtful, professional, and respectful engagement with all candidates
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
Meticulous attention to detail and great record keeping skills
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
