JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active Arkansas medical license required
Board: Board Certification preferred; if not board certified, must have 2,500 ED hours in past 5 years
DEA: Active Arkansas DEA required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS required
Experience: Emergency medicine experience required
Other Qualifications: Must meet full credentialing and documentation requirements including CME logs, malpractice history, immunization records, and affiliations
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide emergency medical care in a hospital setting
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute patient conditions
Collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and standards of care
