COVERAGE & SHIFT SCHEDULE

24-Hour In-House Call: 7a7a

Weekly Structure: Two 24-hour in-house call shifts per week per provider (team of three providers)

Minimum Commitment: 1 shift/week (4 shifts/month)

Solo Coverage: Yes (provider works solo while on call)

REQUIREMENTS
DEA: Not required

State License: Pennsylvania (required to apply); IMLC considered

Certifications: BLS; ACLS

Minimum Experience: 2 years

Boards: Board Certified or Board Eligible (MD/DO accepted)

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

L&D management, deliveries, postpartum care, emergent GYN per privileging

GYN cases as needed (facility to confirm scope)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide continuous in-house coverage for L&D, ER triage for deliveries, GYN cases, and postpartum care.

Manage evaluations, admissions (if applicable), procedures, and coordination with hospital teams.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Epic.

Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and quality metrics.
