PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient Demographics: Adults with endocrine disorders including diabetes
Patient Volume/Census: To be built collaboratively; Diabetes Clinic support in place
Case Mix: Endocrine disorders with a focus on diabetes care
FACILITY INFORMATION
EMR System: Not specified
Specialty Backup: Yes collaboration with APRN and RN Diabetes Educator
Support Staff Available: Full clinic support team, including clinical educators and nursing
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: No (100% outpatient)
Credentialing Timeline: TBD
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary: Competitive base salary plus production bonus opportunity

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology
Experience: Preferred but not required for qualified candidates
Other Qualifications:
- Strong interest in building a new specialty service line
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and grow a new endocrinology practice at Baxter Health
Collaborate with a well-established Diabetes Clinic and clinical educators
Provide outpatient care for a broad range of endocrine conditions
Contribute to patient education and chronic disease management
Support hospitals mission to expand specialty care access
