Description

Key Responsibilities:
Process and generate accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
Review work orders, service tickets, and supporting documentation for billing accuracy.
Verify pricing, taxes, discounts, and applicable charges.
Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain organized billing records and ensure proper documentation is on file.
Assist with accounts receivable, including tracking outstanding invoices and following up on payments.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, charges, and account balances.
Reconcile daily transactions and assist with month-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Skills / Education / Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
Previous experience in billing, accounting, or administrative support preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of invoicing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with POS or accounting software is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
