Origin Travel Nurses, Asheville, NC, United States
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Call requirements are every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5 PM - 8 AM and that weekend. No night visits are made from this office.
Job Description
A unique opportunity for skilled Home Health Nurses or Therapists in Franklin, NC. Successful candidates will have experience in home health and hospice care. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring a positive patient experience, and following all home health protocols.
Responsibilities
Deliver home health care and hospice care to patients.
Manage a caseload of 5-6 patients per day.
Document patient care and maintain accurate health records.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Adhere to unit guidelines and policies.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Previous home health and hospice experience for nursing roles.
Home health experience required for therapy positions.
Valid nursing or therapy license in the state of North Carolina.
Reliable vehicle for patient visits is a must.
