Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Hospital is seeking a Locum CRNA to join its Anesthesiology team in Wyandotte, Michigan. This hospital-based role offers varied shifts, supervised practice, and the opportunity to provide anesthesia care for adult and geriatric surgical patients in a Level III trauma setting.

They are in urgent need of CRNAs. They are willing to entertain providers that can work 20-30 hours per week and that can start May, June or July.

Job Description

• Position: Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based Anesthesia
• Dates of Coverage: May 1, 2026 - September 30, 2026
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8s,10s,12s, no call required
• Supervision: Supervised CRNA model
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
• Procedures: General surgical cases (adult patients)
• Trauma Level: Level III
• Operating Rooms: 10
• OR Staff Support: RNs and Surgical Techs
• Reason for Coverage: Vacancies and leave of absence coverage

Credentialing Timeframe: days

Travel: Local providers only; mileage reimbursed

Submission Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) REQUIRED
• Active Michigan RN License (must have in hand at time of presentation, no exceptions) REQUIRED
• BLS Certification REQUIRED
• ACLS Certification REQUIRED
• AANA HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Experience in System Epic EMR - PREFERRED
• Clean Malpractice/License History REQUIRED (No exceptions)
• Willingness to work varied shifts REQUIRED
• Need someone to start May REQUIRED
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation
