Process Safety Management (PSM) Engineer

Position Overview
The Process Safety Management (PSM) Engineer is a high‑impact, strategic role reporting directly to the Corporate PSM Director. The primary mission is to support the design, deployment, and long‑term sustainability of the Corporate PSM Framework across seven diverse mine sites. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between Corporate standards and Site operations, engaging local leaders and multidisciplinary teams to transform “Risk on Paper” into “Risk in the Field”. During the first two years the PSM Engineer will act as the “Face of Change”, balancing technical competence with an empathetic approach to managing friction during a multi‑site system rollout. Candidates should demonstrate disciplined execution in their previous roles.
