What You’ll Do
Inspect and clean food preparation and serving areas to maintain sanitation and safety standards.
Prepare food items by following recipes, operating kitchen equipment, and ensuring proper portioning and quality.
Stock, organize, and maintain kitchen supplies, utensils, and equipment for efficient operations.
Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and provide guidance on food selections while processing payments accurately.
Monitor food temperatures and complete temperature logs to ensure compliance with food‑safety policies.
Collaborate with team members to meet priorities and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
What You’ll Bring
Proven ability to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with company policies.
Experience in food preparation techniques including grilling, frying, baking, and chopping with attention to quality and portion control.
Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and the ability to respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Capability to perform cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas consistently.
Ability to organize and stock kitchen supplies efficiently while managing inventory needs.

Compensation
Hourly wage range: $16.00 – $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications
Obtain certified ServSafe Food Handler or related food safety certification within 45 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
Catering and restaurant operations experience, including commercial cooking.
Food services – ServSafe certification.
