Minimum Qualifications
5-10 years of supervisory kitchen experience
2 years of experience in large‑scale food production or related experience
2 years of supervisory experience
1 year of Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Certified ServSafe Food Handler or related food safety certification within 45 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
5-10 years in a similar supervisory role
Experience in a scratch kitchen approach
What you’ll do
Maintain cafe safety by monitoring product expiration, cleanliness, and adherence to sanitation and food safety standards.
Train and instruct associates on food preparation, quality assurance, and proper use of personal protective equipment.
Manage food and equipment inventories, including ordering, receiving, storing, and rotating products according to company policies.
Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and deposit preparation.
Lead daily team meetings, supervise food station setup, restocking, and cleanup to ensure consistent customer service.
Foster associate development through mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and promote a positive workplace culture.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage range: $21.00 – $40.00*
Salary $24.00 per hour (listed)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 5:30 AM
