Equity Operations Risk Analyst
to join its North America team. This role focuses on risk analysis, control improvement, and supporting operational processes across equity operations.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with global risk managers to perform
risk reviews and data analysis
Identify opportunities to
improve controls and streamline processes
Support migration of procedures and highlight potential risks
Assist in preparing
monthly risk reports and management metrics
Analyze operational errors to identify
root causes and control gaps
Contribute to
senior management reporting
(trending, exceptions, commentary)
Manage incident tracking and action plans
Compile and analyze
Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in
Finance, Operations, or Risk Management
Strong proficiency in
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
