What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop the Outside Sales Representative team to aggressively drive new business growth with Independent Retailers & Operators across multiple channels, ensuring consistent attainment of monthly KPIs for new business acquisitions

Manage and elevate the Inside Sales team located in our Greenfield headquarters, ensuring daily execution of call campaigns, CRM sequencing, customer follow-up, and email outreach to increase revenue across targeted segments

Own and optimize CRM usage (preferably HubSpot) across both teams by building pipeline sequencing, reporting, and performance dashboards that drive accountability and transparency. Design, execute, and analyze large-scale email campaigns that convert prospects into active accounts and drive incremental revenue to Novelty Inc’s wholesale website

Lead all liquidation sales efforts through building processes, scaling customer acquisition, and increasing throughput of liquidation items with independent retailers, jobbers, and value-focused buyers

Achieve and exceed KPIs tied to Revenue Growth, Did Buys, Avg Invoice Amount, Points of Distribution, Innovation Launches, and Activities (Calls/Emails/Meetings), ensuring both Inside and Outside teams execute against clear performance metrics

Develop and manage account-specific and division-wide forecasts, growth plans, and market strategies that align with quarterly and annual targets

Ensure OSRs maintain a high-value cadence with Core Accounts while strategically transitioning appropriate accounts to Inside Sales for ongoing revenue growth

Grow the division by converting new leads from CRM pipelines, trade shows (travel required), digital campaigns, and proactive outreach into active buying accounts

Maintain pricing integrity across multiple routes to market and customer types

Who You Are

Experienced (3+ years) in Sales Leadership, Business Development, or Multi-Channel Sales within CPG, DSD, retail services, or related industries

A proven people leader with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable to clear performance expectations

Savvy with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and skilled in building automated workflows, email campaigns, sequences, and reporting dashboards

Experienced in running high-volume or segmented email campaigns that drive digital conversions and customer engagement

Comfortable leading liquidation or secondary-market sales efforts and managing high-velocity product flows

Strategic, data-driven, persistent, and adept at optimizing both Inside Sales and Outside Sales processes

Skilled at selling and influencing across multiple retail channels while tailoring value propositions to unique customer segments

Confident in planning, presenting, influencing, and owning the executional rhythm of a high-performance sales organization

A relationship builder who fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and shared success across teams
