Position Overview
Warehouse Team Lead – KONE Boston, MA. You will direct warehouse activities to ensure efficient and economical utilization of our facilities for storing and distributing raw materials. Your responsibilities include planning and scheduling warehouse functions, ensuring prompt and safe delivery of materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy and inventory space layout.
Responsibilities
Direct daily warehouse operations to meet service and quality standards.
Plan and schedule warehouse activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain inventory accuracy and optimal layout of facilities.
Review and improve operating procedures and space utilization.
Ensure safety compliance and promote a customer‑service mindset.
Maintain documentation, including bills of materials routing and work orders.
Qualifications
3+ years of warehouse management experience.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and facility layout.
Forklift certification is a requirement.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
Experience with purchase order and work order relationships.

The hiring range for this role is $63,000.00 – $82,740.00. Compensation depends on your experience, certifications, and location.
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
