We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead HR and Payroll workstreams during an enterprise-wide ERP transformation from Oracle to SAP S/4HANA. This hands‑on role involves managing daily delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and program controls are met, and coordinating between functional teams, vendors, and program leadership.
Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring readiness and adoption across teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing ERP HR and Payroll components, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Certification such as PMP is preferred. Experience with system integrators, complex stakeholder environments, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
