Overview
We are seeking an experienced
SAP S/4HANA Program Manager
to lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery from planning through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle
SAP S/4HANA implementations
across multiple workstreams
Manage program planning, timelines, budgets, and resources
Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators
Handle risk management, issue resolution, and escalation
Oversee cutover, go-live, and hypercare support
Required
10+ years in IT Program/Project Management
Strong experience in
SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementations
Expertise in managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs
Experience with SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) and integrations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Nice to Have
Global rollout experience
Agile/Hybrid SAP delivery exposure
