Job Overview:
SAP Project Manager to lead an ECC to S/4HANA migration project. This is a long-term engagement requiring onsite presence in Dallas. Ideal candidate will have led multiple SAP implementations and be hands-on with both technical and business-facing coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration projects (planning to post-go-live).
Oversee project plans, scope, budget, resources, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
Drive workshops, requirement gathering, and solution validation.
Provide regular executive-level reporting and governance documentation.
Ensure change management and user adoption plans are effectively executed.
Required Experience:
5+ years as Project Manager, including at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Strong expertise in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
Deep understanding of core modules: FI/CO, MM/SD, Manufacturing.
Familiarity with SAP Activate or similar methodologies.
PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional team management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in both greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA projects.
Hands-on with data migration tools (SAP Data Services, LSMW).
Experience managing offshore teams and working with system integrators.
Exposure to Agile/hybrid delivery environments.
