Associate Dentist

We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist with at least 3 years of previous clinical experience to join two of our sizeable, growing, and extremely prominent general dentistry practices. Our practices feature:
- Exclusively PPO (no HMOs, or Medi-Cal)
- Double hygiene at both locations
- Over 4,000 active patients
- Ample operatory space at both locations
- State of the art equipment, including CBCT, iTero Scanner and OverJet
- Schedule: 4 days per week
Our Associate doctor will benefit from a strong and constructive office culture, significant production growth potential, opportunities to collaborate with other San Diego-based Doctors and CE sponsorship.
Compensation is highly competitive and comprised of a non-recourse initial salary, monthly commissions, and monthly profit sharing.
Candidates with previous clinical experience with cosmetics, Invisalign, dental sleep medicine and/or endodontic treatment are preferred.
