Job Description
You'll develop a global sourcing strategy for commodities and structures. Define project scope and facilitate execution, identifying savings opportunities to provide differentiating value. Work with cross‑functional teams to analyze supply base risks and opportunities, identify new sources of supply and meet business requirements. Negotiate and manage contracts and relationships with suppliers to drive innovative strategies and enhance performance. Implement policies and metrics to ensure that savings goals are realized and performance requirements are achieved. Act as the main focal point for all matters pertaining to the given category.

Lead a team that contracts and buys products to support multiple lines of business and coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in Supply Chain, Production or Production Control.
Full Spectrum Leadership role leading multifunctional teams.
Experience leading through changing priorities.
Experience with the Continuous Improvement process.
Desired Skills
Drives accountability across teams and lines of business.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Risk management and mitigation experience.
