Overview
A qualified Business Analyst is sought to support a Smart Metering Program deploying the latest gas metering infrastructure and systems. This role is part of a program team delivering a multi-year roadmap for the next generations of smart metering and devices. The position involves staying current on process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Responsibilities
Perform requirements gathering and analysis for metering deployment across multiple workstreams.
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Document and communicate the results of analysis and efforts.
Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and program management.
Gather critical information from stakeholder meetings to align deployment interdependencies.
Ensure deployment solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Develop integration test plans for gas metering systems across various environments.
Perform data mapping from a client-server application to SAP based on end-user requirements.
Conduct end-user acceptance testing as part of the project team.
Validate meter data across the end-to-end IT architecture solution.
Serve as a liaison between program stakeholders and metering end-users.
Evaluate business processes related to metering devices, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions.
Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field is required.
Experience:
5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated pay rate for this position is $50.00 to $55.00 per hour. Please note that this is a contract role and benefits may vary.
