Our client is looking for Architect Project Managers local to Nashville, TN. It is crucial this person has strong healthcare experience and is willing to go onsite 5 days a week.
The responsibilities include:
Confirm existing conditions on projects
Assist in development of program for space needs with users
Develop redesign options/schematic designs on some projects to assist client in determining program options
Maintain written documentation of key decisions related to project scope, budget, and schedule
Administer and coordinate owner output with architects and engineers during design and construction administration
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3+ years of Architecture, Engineering or Healthcare Construction management
