Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inspection Administrator to manage invoicing, billing, and data entry with precision and efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience in administrative roles at a mid-to-high level. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams are essential. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Key Responsibilities

Process and submit Inspections Billing Invoices as needed.
Perform Quality Control of inspection service tickets to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled and proper reporting documents are submitted before Billing.
Assist with reviewing and entering new and renewed contract information into Customer Records.
Assist Inspections Administration Manager as needed with data entry, metrics tracking, and special projects.
Provide back-up to Inspections Compliance Administrator for AHJ submittals and reporting as needed.
Handles each transaction in a way that positively promotes the Company’s reputation.
Responsible for completing continuing education necessary to maintain current certifications and/or licenses as required for position.
Expected to work safely, by using good judgment and following all Company safety policies and work procedures with authority to stop an unsafe act.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required,
Advanced education preferred, plus
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
5+ years of experience in an office, management, OR the equivalent combination of education and experience
