Position Summary
The
Marketing Coordinator
plays a key role in bringing Eagle Fire’s brand to life. You’ll support marketing efforts across multiple brands and business units—creating content, coordinating events, and helping execute campaigns that drive visibility and growth.
This is a
highly collaborative, hands‑on role
working closely with Sales and internal teams to deliver consistent messaging and measurable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
Assist with email marketing campaigns—from content creation to deployment
Coordinate and attend trade shows and industry events with the Sales team
Support marketing efforts for multiple brands, including newly acquired companies
Collaborate across departments to gather content, updates, and success stories
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Track campaign performance and report on key metrics
Support CRM and marketing automation efforts to nurture leads
Provide general project and administrative support to the Marketing team
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience managing social media and creating content
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Account Engagement, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to travel for events and trade shows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva/Adobe experience is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Creative thinker with a strong execution mindset
Adaptable and comfortable in a growing, evolving organization
Work Environment
Onsite role in a professional office environment
Occasional travel to company locations and industry events
Full‑time, exempt position; additional hours may be required during peak periods
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Must adhere to Eagle Fire’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Policy
