Compensation:
Competitive package including direct and indirect pay. Minimum salary based on residential location: $71,555.00.
Core faculty participate fully in the academic and governance functions of the program, the school, and the university. Key responsibilities include carrying the equivalent of 24 quarter-units of direct instruction per year, mentoring students (including dissertation, clinical supervision, and academic advisement), active participation in program-, school-, and university-wide committees, and maintaining a program of scholarship, professional, and community service.
Core faculty are expected to engage in active research with a strong emphasis on collaboration with doctoral students. This includes sponsoring research labs, student‑led projects and dissertations, and community advocacy through outreach on scholarly topics. Scholarship experiences produce conference presentations, peer‑reviewed articles, and books.

Required Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D) from a regionally accredited institution; APA‑accredited programs and internships preferred.
Licensed or licensable in Washington State as a clinical psychologist.
At least one published article in a peer‑reviewed journal; additional book chapters, books, or conference presentations acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching at the graduate university level and active clinical practice.
Proven record of teaching, supervision, and research.
Evidence of an active research program, innovative clinical interventions, and/or public policy engagement.
