Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:
$22.73 - $28.41 / hour
Responsibilities
Oversee the patient experience at assigned practice(s).
Ensure overall effective performance of the practice, including hands-on leadership, workflow development, patient schedule management, provider and staff engagement, patient experience, financial performance, and billing compliance.
Assist Practice Director with operational plans and budgets (capital and operations) and implement performance improvement strategies within the practice as agreed upon by the Practice Director.
Assist with recruitment, development, and supervision of staff.
Apply effective communication strategies to solve and facilitate simple and complex situations to enhance culture and performance.
Promote teamwork and reflect the mission and values of Lee Health.
Manage a practice site with up to 3 providers and assume a leadership role in the absence of managers.
Qualifications
Education:
Two years of formal education beyond high school. An Associate’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of healthcare leadership experience preferred. Physician office experience preferred.

Other:
Computer proficiency including word processing and spreadsheet applications; knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) and billing software. Excellent written and oral communication skills with superb interpersonal abilities and the capacity to handle difficult conversations effectively. Ability to express opinions openly and provide timely, productive feedback. Ability to examine and re-engineer operations and workflows and report operational metrics to staff and providers. Flexibility to accommodate changes in workload; ability to work independently and set priorities under minimal supervision. Commitment to the organization’s values, mission, and vision.
