Job Summary
The PT evaluates the patient’s comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic and implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing the physician, community resources and the patient’s support system. The PT uses critical thinking skills for patient care, provides skilled physical therapy procedures/assessments, and instructs patients and their families in the plan of care. Electronic records are used to document treatment & care.
Requirements
Current active or current temporary Indiana Physical Therapy License
BLS certification within 90 days of hire
Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
