Overview
Bright Builders ABA is seeking a compassionate and dependable
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
to provide one-on-one, home-based ABA services in
Cockeysville, MD . The RBT will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Implement behavior plans designed by the BCBA
Collect and record accurate session data
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
Communicate professionally with families and team members
Qualifications
Active RBT certification (required)
ABA experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
