Responsibilities vary by department and track, but may include:
Shadowing and assisting teammates in day-to-day dealership operations
Learning dealership systems, workflows, and customer experience standards
Supporting department goals through organization, follow-up, and task execution
Participating in hands‑on learning activities and real work assignments
Attending check‑ins and an end‑of‑program review / exit interview
What We’re Looking For
Current student (high school senior, trade school, or college—preferred) with interest in an automotive career
Coachable, reliable, and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers
Schedule
Internship schedule and weekly hours:
based on student availability and department needs
Pay
Unpaid and paid internships available depending on the participating department
