Salary
$66,040-$86,070
Sign‑On Bonus
$5,000 sign‑on bonus for all clinical positions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing individual psychotherapy primarily in office‑ and community‑based settings, with flexibility for telehealth services in consideration of patient progress and needs.
Use evidence‑based practices to treat individuals living with trauma, thought, and mood disorders including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Illness Management Recovery (IMR), Listen Empathize Agree Partner (LEAP) techniques, and Motivational Interviewing interventions.
Provide targeted case management to patients with identified social determinants of health needs including housing, food security, transportation, medical needs, and more.
Empower patients’ independence by delivering functional services within community settings.
Work alongside patients to develop individualized treatment plans that support the achievement of their self‑identified goals.
Monitor progress and celebrate patient successes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education:
Master’s degree in social work, clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or another human service‑related field.
Licensure:
Active New Hampshire LICSW or LCMHC preferred but not required.
Experience:
Experience serving individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness preferred, but not required.
Skills:
Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with co‑workers, patients, and community partners.
Demonstrates critical thinking, creativity and adaptability to respond to evolving patient needs.
Enthusiasm for conducting work within office‑ and community‑based settings to flexibly support patient progress.
Supporting patients by using a strengths‑based approach.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Team‑focused, yet able to work independently.
Familiarity with CBT for Psychosis, recovery models, and crisis management are a plus!
Other Requirements
Comfortable using email, electronic records, and standard office software.
Must have a reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and insurance coverage.
