Case Manager/ Group Facilitator (Outpatient)

Oasis Eating Recovery, Fresno, CA, United States

Description
Lead the Conversations That Change Lives

Healing happens through connection, structure, and the right support at the right time.

In our programs, group work is a powerful part of that process — creating space for insight, accountability, and growth. The person leading those groups plays a critical role in how that experience unfolds.

That’s where you come in.

At Tatum Psychology Employment Group, we’ve built a full continuum of behavioral health services across the Central Valley and beyond — because access to high-quality mental health care should be the standard, not the exception. Every day, our teams serve hundreds of individuals across multiple levels of care — many arriving in crisis and leaving with stability, skills, and hope.

As a Case Manager / Group Facilitator, you will be part of that impact — helping individuals move from crisis to stability and from isolation to connection.

This role combines group facilitation and case management, allowing you to build strong connections with clients while supporting their overall treatment journey.

You will plan and lead groups, support individual client needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients are progressing and receiving the appropriate level of care.

This position is ideal for someone who is engaging, organized, and passionate about helping others grow in a structured, supportive environment.
