About this Position
Rotators cycle through settings of their choice—such as acute care, outpatient, skilled nursing/sub‑acute, pediatrics, and/or home health—every 4 to 6 months. At the conclusion of the program, rotators select a full‑time placement based on their experiences. If a rotator finds a preferred setting before the program’s conclusion, they may opt out of the program and transition into a full‑time role at any time. In this role, you will receive personalized clinical guidance from seasoned professionals, ensuring a solid foundation for your career growth.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for examining, evaluating, and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological, and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement‑related conditions in order to determine a diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment intervention, and assess the ongoing effects of intervention. Additional responsibilities include alleviating impairments, functional limitations and disabilities by designing, implementing and modifying treatment interventions; reducing the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation and disability; and promoting and maintaining fitness, health and wellness in populations of all ages. You will also engage in administration, consultation, education and research, and conduct yourself in an effective professional behavior manner. Required attributes include critical thinking, communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, responsibility, professionalism, use of constructive feedback, effective use of time and resources, stress management, and commitment to learning.
