Hiring Range:

$76,024.00 - $123,884.80 annually

About This Position

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinics, you will have time and resources to provide one-on-one care with 45-minute treatment sessions, ensuring high-quality interactions and better patient outcomes. You will typically see a maximum of 10 patients per day and have flexible scheduling options, including weekends and holidays off, to support work-life balance.
Responsibilities include examining, evaluating, and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological, developmental impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or other health and movement-related conditions to determine diagnosis, prognosis, and a plan of treatment intervention; design, implement, and modify treatment interventions; reduce risk of injury; promote fitness, health, and wellness across populations of all ages. The PT engages in administration, consultation, education, and research and is expected to conduct themselves with professional behavior. Desired attributes include: critical thinking, communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, responsibility, professionalism, effective use of time and resources, stress management, and commitment to learning.
About Our Rehabilitation Team

Our Rehabilitation Services team is one of the largest and most dynamic in the region, with over 700 licensed professionals dedicated to helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through comprehensive, compassionate care. Licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans. We offer specialty programs including neurological rehabilitation, vestibular and balance therapy, lymphedema management, pelvic health therapy, and oncology rehabilitation, across acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings.
What This Position Requires

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy required
