About the Position – Assistant Manager
As a leader of Midas, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures, and standards, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, ensure job quality and timeliness, and meet customer expectations.
About the Position – Service Manager
The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. They direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair and maintenance work, drive sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, and ensure a high quality, timely customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least two years of experience or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
Mindset: Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
