Your Role
Provide individual, family, or couples therapy in both English and Spanish
Create individualized treatment plans based on client needs
Use evidence-based, culturally responsive practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
Collaborate with psychiatric providers as needed
Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards
Who We’re Looking For
Bilingual (Spanish-English) licensed clinician in CT (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT)
Experience working with diverse populations and culturally informed care
Comfortable in both telehealth and in-person settings
Passionate about helping clients live more empowered, balanced lives
Skilled at collaboration and holistic treatment approaches
