Start Date: ASAP. Available 8 hour days, 5-6 visits per day. Pay Rate: $2670.00 - $2752.00.

This 13‑week travel assignment in Forest Hills, MD covers Cecil County. You will assess patients in their homes, develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands‑on therapy, recommend adaptive equipment, teach safety and home modifications, and educate patients and caregivers. Documentation will be entered into the Homebase EMR system. Mileage reimbursement is $0.72 per mile.

Qualifications: Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist with a Maryland OT license and experience in home health.
