Position Highlights
Position: Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) – Medical Surgical Unit
Hourly pay based on years of experience and education
Full-time, 3–12 hour shifts, including night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with alternate weekend rotation and holiday rotation
Patient ratio 1:5–6 for Med Surg
Location: Medical Surgical Unit, Adena Fayette, WCH, Ohio

Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care by applying nursing skills to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Act as primary caregiver, collaborating with interdisciplinary team, physicians, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
Access and maintain confidential patient information, making independent decisions in collaboration with others.
Work under direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
For Licensed Practical Nurses: perform a wide variety of patient care activities, participate in multidisciplinary care processes, and provide clinical support to medical staff.
For Licensed Practical Nurses: conduct patient observation, collect data, administer medication, treatment, and procedures, implement nursing care plans, and communicate findings to supervising RN.
Operate within scope of practice per Ohio Board of Nursing regulations.
