Staff Nurse (RN)
Position Highlights
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg – Renal
Salary: Hourly rate based on years of nursing experience/education
Work Life Balance: Part Time (2 shifts/week), Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) – Every third weekend required
Patient Ratio: 1:5-6
Location: Chillicothe – 3A
What You’ll Do
The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care. The RN serves as the primary caregiver, delivers direct patient care, and collaborates with the physician, care team, patient, and family to achieve optimal outcomes. The RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
Required Education
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
