Vibra Travels is looking for a corporate travel registered nurse to join our team. We look for nurses with acute care experience in ICU, step down, med surg/tele, critical illness recovery hospitals and/or acute rehab hospital.

Setting: critical care hospital (specialty hospital) and acute rehab / inpatient rehab hospital (ARU/IRF setting).

Shift times: 6a-6p. RTO restrictions: limited to 3 consecutive days per contract. Rotating weekend requirement. 2 openings, travel pairs accepted (with flexibility for scheduling).

Qualifications

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS through American Heart Association

State Licensure Requirements: SD RN license or compact RN license

Minimum year’s experience: at least 1 yr working as a licensed RN

Required experience: vent experience; trach experience; will be required to float from critical care/specialty hospital side to Acute rehab/inpatient rehab hospital side

Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required

Additional Qualifications

Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.

Ability to project a professional image.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.

Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
