Overview
Brookside Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate can independently (with a helper) install furnaces and condensing units without supervision and is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service. This position is full time and will require travel within the NH, MA, and ME area.
Compensation
As our HVAC Service Technician, you'll earn a competitive wage of $30–$40 per hour, based on experience. We’re also offering a sign-on bonus up to $5K to top candidates.
Responsibilities
Clearly communicate with clients about the condition of their HVAC systems
Offer personalized solutions based on the client’s unique needs
Conduct thorough inspections to identify repair, maintenance, or replacement opportunities
Perform and document all necessary testing during maintenance visits
Maintain a strong sense of organization and time management
Guide clients through their options to help them make informed decisions
Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
Attend company meetings as necessary
Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
Qualifications
Proven Track Record in Heating and Cooling Systems
2+ years of Residential HVAC Experience
Strong Desire to Grow
EPA Certification
High School Diploma/GED
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
